AENEA MIZUSHIMA KEYES, violin, founded MusicAEterna in 1999 and has toured as a chamber musician and violinist-composer in Japan, Russia, Western Europe, Central Europe, and the United States. She performed in Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center while studying with Dorothy Delay (violin) and Meyer Kupferman (composition) at Sarah Lawrence College in New York. Later, she studied violin with Guinka Guichkova (Bulgaria) and Daniel Phillips (UK) and expanded her chamber music and recording collaborations to include work with dancers, visual artists, theater and museum/gallery exhibits (Oakland Museum, SFMOMA). She is faculty member of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. A recent recording of the Picasso Suite can be heard on itunes (SFMOMA Arcast).
